By using CreatorStatics 18+ Vault, you agree to these Terms. The Vault is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to access adult-oriented material where they live.

The Vault is a directory and discovery service. It organizes links, categories, access information, formats, verification dates, and other descriptive information about third-party adult websites.

CreatorStatics does not host the adult videos or other adult material offered by the external websites listed in the directory.

External websites are independent from CreatorStatics. A listing or link does not mean that CreatorStatics owns, operates, sponsors, endorses, guarantees, or controls that website. External sites may change at any time and may have different terms, privacy practices, age rules, payment policies, and content standards.

We work to keep directory information useful and current, but we do not guarantee that a site is always online, safe, lawful in every jurisdiction, free of malware, accurately categorized, or unchanged since its most recent review or check.

You are responsible for determining whether accessing an external site is lawful and appropriate for you. You are also responsible for reviewing that site's terms, privacy policy, billing practices, and safety controls before using it or providing information or payment.

You may not misuse the Vault, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service availability, bypass security measures, overload the service, or use the Vault for unlawful activity.

CreatorStatics branding, original interface design, site code, and original directory content are protected by applicable law. Third-party names, marks, logos, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

We may edit, reclassify, suspend, unpublish, or remove a directory listing at any time, including for accuracy, safety, legal, compliance, or quality reasons.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Vault is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CreatorStatics and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the Vault or an external website reached through it.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
